Hi, my name is Lyn and I live on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. With us hopefully moving past the darkest days of COVID, I’ve re-imagined Happy Soul Food to continue capturing the enjoyment I get from creating, sharing and par-taking in delicious food, wonderful wine and those things that give you that happy “hmmmmm” feeling inside, when for just that moment, all is good with the world – those “happy soul food” moments.
