Well tonight we decided we needed some Monday-itis comfort food and I did Chocolate Pud for dessert. This time I got it right as per tip from last time:
“The other change to the recipe is that I make the sauce mix in the dish you are going to cook the pud in and then add the batter over the top, and it seems to allow the sauce to stay saucier the key is making up the sauce “
